Arrivals & Cancellations

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Sit back, have a refreshment, flip through the latest magazines and your appointment will begin promptly. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we hold the ability to reschedule your service for a later time.

Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise forcing client's to cancel their scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, please contact us immediately to avoid a potential fee. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid a $20 same-day cancellation fee. All no-show reservations must pre-pay for their services before an additional appointment can be reserved.

If Tangles reschedules or cancels a client's same-day appointment, a $20.00 Tangles Gift Card will be issued.

Salon Policies

Service Guarantee Policy

Tangles Salon offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. We do not offer refunds but if not satisfied, our stylists will work with you to achieve your desired look. If you are not happy with your service, and contact us within 7 days of your original appointment, you will receive a complimentary re-do service. (Instances may vary.)

Product Return Policy

Tangles Salon has an exchange only product policy. If you decide you do not want your product, and provided that the original amount of the product is unused, within the first 14 days of purchase we will gladly exchange your product(s) for another retail product in the salon. Product returns may not be put toward services.

Package Policy

Tangles Salon series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the salon. Packages and series have no expiration date, and can be used with any different service provider in the salon.

Deposit Policy

At Tangles Salon, a deposit of 50% is required for the following services: hair extensions, bridal parties, groups of 3 or more scheduling for a same-time appointment. The amount of the deposit will be added in full toward your total service purchase for the day. A deposit is kept if our cancellation policy is violated.

Cancellation Policy

Tangles Salons cancellation policy is as follows: Clients must call to cancel an appointment that has had a deposit placed on it at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. If a client fails to inform the company with the required amount of notice, the deposit placed on that appointment will be kept.

Children

In our quest to maintain a relaxing atmosphere within our lobby, the salon facilities are reserved for scheduled clients only. Youth (Ages 10+) are always welcome during their scheduled service. When bringing your child in for their appointment, be cautious of the dangerous objects (shears, chemicals, etc.) throughout the salon.
