Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Sit back, have a refreshment, flip through the latest magazines and your appointment will begin promptly. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we hold the ability to reschedule your service for a later time.
Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise forcing client's to cancel their scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, please contact us immediately to avoid a potential fee. All no-show reservations must pre-pay for their services before an additional appointment can be reserved.
Client satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take extra time to consult with our guests prior to any color service. And because results can vary, as will be discussed thoroughly in every consultation, we are unable to offer refunds for services performed by our professionals. In the event that the results were not satisfactory, we promise to take every step to adjust the cut or color to suit the individual, within reason.
Tangles Salon has an exchange only product policy. If you decide you do not want your product within the first 7 days of purchase we will gladly exchange your product(s) for another retail product in the salon. Product returns may not be put toward services.
Tangles Salon series and package purchases are non-refundable. Once purchased, the amount spent on the package or series cannot be altered or moved to a different service or product within the salon. Packages and series have no expiration date, and can be used with any different service provider in the salon.
At Tangles Salon, a deposit of $50.00 is required for all chemical services. Additionally, a deposit of 50 % is required for the following services: hair extensions, bridal parties, or groups of three or more scheduling for a same-time appointment. The amount of the deposit will be added in full toward your total service purchase for the day. Deposits will be kept if our cancellation policy is violated.
At Tangles Salon, we appreciate your time, and that of our team. We believe your appointment time is very valuable. We hold the appointment time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you give us 24 hour notice.
All new guests must provide a deposit to hold an appointment, as well as lengthy color appointments. Guests who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.
Any no shows / cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a fee of $25 for hair cut services and $50 for hair color services.
Appointments made within 24 hours, needing a cancellation (in the same day), must cancel 4 hours prior to the appointment time or a deposit will be necessary for future appointments
The cancellation policy allows us time to inform guests on our wait-list of any availability, and allows our team to adjust their schedule accordingly.
As a courtesy, Tangles Salon will send out a reminder E-mail, and a text message 48 hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If Tangles Salon cannot reach you, we rely on you to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
In our quest to maintain a relaxing atmosphere within our lobby, the salon facilities are reserved for scheduled clients only. Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. When bringing your child in for their appointment, be cautious of the dangerous objects (shears, chemicals, etc.) throughout the salon.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to book your appointment.
