Policies

Arrivals & Cancellations

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Sit back, have a refreshment, flip through the latest magazines and your appointment will begin promptly. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we hold the ability to reschedule your service for a later time.

Unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise forcing client's to cancel their scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, please contact us immediately to avoid a potential fee. All no-show reservations must pre-pay for their services before an additional appointment can be reserved.

Salon Policies

Service Guarantee Policy

Client satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take extra time to consult with our guests prior to any color service. And because results can vary, as will be discussed thoroughly in every consultation, we are unable to offer refunds for services performed by our professionals. In the event that the results were not satisfactory, we promise to take every step to adjust the cut or color to suit the individual, within reason.

Product Return Policy

Tangles Salon has an exchange only product policy. If you decide you do not want your product within the first 7 days of purchase we will gladly exchange your product(s) for another retail product in the salon. Product returns may not be put toward services.

Deposit Policy

At Tangles Salon, a deposit of $75.00 is required for all chemical services. Additionally, a deposit of 50 % is required for the following services: hair extensions, bridal parties, or groups of three or more scheduling for a same-time appointment. The amount of the deposit will be added in full toward your total service purchase for the day. Deposits will be kept if our cancellation policy is violated.

Punctuality Policy

Things happen, we get it. If the client is 15 Minutes late, the stylist retains the right to potentially reschedule the service. If the service has to rescheduled, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to their card on file.

These policies are in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment with no charge. All cancellations the day of appointment will result in 100% charge of service.

No Show Policy

If the client no shows their scheduled appointment, the clients' credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Tangles requires a credit or debit card on file for all services.

We have complimentary parking on the side, front and back of building.

Children

In our quest to maintain a relaxing atmosphere within our lobby, the salon facilities are reserved for scheduled clients only. Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. When bringing your child in for their appointment, be cautious of the dangerous objects (shears, chemicals, etc.) throughout the salon.
